Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use 2Wander. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify us promptly.

3. Communications

We may send you service-related messages such as account verification, security alerts, and trip reminders. You can control certain communications through your device settings or in-app preferences. You understand that standard carrier/data rates may apply if you use features that rely on SMS or mobile network delivery.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some features may require a paid plan or in-app purchase. If you purchase a subscription through the iOS App Store or Google Play, billing and renewal are handled by Apple or Google (as applicable). Your subscription will generally auto-renew unless cancelled in your store account settings before the end of the current billing period.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details for App Store or Google Play purchases. We may receive purchase status and entitlement information to enable paid features.

5. Trials, Fee Changes, and Refunds

If we offer a free trial or promotional access, the terms of that offer will be presented at sign-up or purchase. Prices may change over time; if required, your store provider will notify you and you can choose to accept the new price or cancel.

Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made through Apple. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be made through Google (unless required otherwise by applicable law).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Interfere with or compromise the security of the Services
• • Access or attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• • Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services. By uploading or sharing content, you grant 2Wander a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process that content solely as needed to provide and improve the Services.

8. Crew Collaboration

2Wander is designed for shared journeys. Content you add to a specific trip may be visible to invited participants based on your settings. You are responsible for what you choose to share with your crew. 2Wander is not responsible for disputes between users.

9. AI Features

The Services may include automated or AI-assisted tools that help with planning, organization, and expense categorization (including receipt parsing when you choose to upload a receipt). These features are meant to assist you and do not replace your judgment. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming travel plans, budgets, and expense details.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, and software used in the Services are owned by 2W Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

11. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation, including to improve the Services.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or create risk or legal exposure for 2Wander or other users. Where practical, we will aim to provide notice before termination.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2Wander will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state of incorporation of 2W Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The appropriate courts in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Waiver and Severability

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
