Copyright Policy & DMCA Notice

2W Inc. respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This page describes how to submit a copyright complaint under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and how to submit a counter-notification.

1. Designated Copyright Agent

Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

Email: legal@2wander.app

Please include "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on 2Wander infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice that includes:

  • • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information to help us locate it (links, IDs, screenshots, trip/list names, etc.).
  • • Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).
  • • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • • Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to the material and may notify the user who posted it.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:

  • • Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., a judicial district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
  • • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts for repeat infringement or other violations of our intellectual property policies.
